Refund policy

Return
From the day you received your item you have 30 calendar days to return it. Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

Refunds
As soon as we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refund can take up to 10 days.

Shipping
You are responsible for paying for your the shipping costs for returning your item.

Return of defect products?
In this case, please send us an e-mail, with pictures of your good, to mia-vienna@outlook.com . If the defect is our fault, we will send you (if still in stock, otherwise you will get a voucher) the same good again.
